Featured in this lot we have an Asfa Ankara Mauser bolt action rifle manufactured in 1943 and chambered in 8mm. The rifle features a 29" long round barrel, hardwood stock and barrel shroud, trigger guard, barrel cleaning rod, and brown metal finish. The top of the frame is marked with "T C ASFA ANKARA K KALE 1943" with a crescent and star stamped designs. The barrel is marked at the end reading "1938 German 8mm - Cal. ST ALB VT". The rifle displays a bayonet attachment point across the front of the stock. The rifle shows good condition overall with some wear due to age and use. Serial Number: 127736.
