Featured in this lot is this signed baseball from the 1962 All-star baseball game with nine signatures. The baseball shows a solid construction that shows good seams and is in good preserved condition. The baseball shows nine signatures, but only four are legible. The legible signatures are as follows: Warren Spahns (Pitcher, Braves), Dick Groat (Short Stop, Pirates), Tommy Davis (Outfielder, Dodgers) and Stan Musial (Outfield, Cardinals). The ball comes from the 1962 Allstar game between the National League and the American League, with the players mentioned above playing on both teams. The National team won the game with 8 points against the American's 4 points. The baseball sits on a baseball glove stand and white rock base with the front reading, "1962 Allstar Game". The ball shows good condition with some signatures fading but still present. The stand shows good condition as well. The stand measures 3" L x 3 5/8" W x 3 1/4" H. The height of the stand with the ball measures 4 7/8". The ball and stand weigh 402.3 grams.
