Featured in this lot is this 19th century hammered brass Dutch utensil and coal bin. The bin features a wonderfully and professionally crafted brass construction that shows repousse design with scenes of taverns adorning the front of the bin with a brass handle and two forks with demonic representation on the pommels. The condition of this fireplace utensil and coal bin is good with some wear to the finish and to the paint of the bottom but otherwise shows good overall condition. The measurements of this utensil and coal bin is 20 1/2" x 7 7/8" x 7 3/4". The collective weight of this utensil and coal bin is 3lb 8oz.
