The lot features a 1800's Henry Arms Co. side-by-side double barrel shotgun stamped U.S. Indian Police as well as having an Indian Police 1889 San Carlos I.A. silver badge inlaid into the side; Native American Indian Brass Tacked. The shotgun shows a rectangular U.S. INDIAN POLICE stamping, U.S. martial stamping in a diamond over a P in a shield, APACHE AGY stamping as well as a silver shield badge inlaid and tacked into the side stamped INDIAN POLICE 1889 SAN CARLOS I.A.". The shotgun is stamped on both sides, "Henry Arms Co.". Barrel is marked, "Laminated Steel Belgium". Shows Belgium Liege proof marks. Serial number stamped on receiver under barrel and on barrel 12593. Exposed side hammers, double triggers, checkered pistol grip, checkered foregrip The shotgun was produced circa 1870-1890's. 12 gauge black powder shotgun. Total length of 38.25-inches long total length, barrels are 21.25-inches long each. ANTIQUE FIREARM, NO FFL. This firearm qualifies as an Antique, and does not require FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
