Featured in this lot we have a Empire Arms Model STS-940 semi automatic AR pistol chambered in 9mm. The carbine displays a 8 1/2" long barrel, aluminum frame, magpul grips, adjustable brace, and Holosun holographic sight. This AR pistol is build on a Empire Arms lower and is compatible with Glock mags. The 7075 T6 aircraft grade aluminum receiver features a black anodized finish. The lower is marked across the side reading "EMPIRE ARMS AND AMMUNITION MANHATTAN, MT" with a shield design reading "EMPIRE ARMS AND AMMO" and the serial number on the right side. This AR frame qualifies as a pistol with a 8 1/2" long barrel and utilizing a brace rather than a shoulder stock. This pistol shows good like new condition with little to no wear across the piece. The piece weighs 6lbs 2oz. Serial Number: EMP9-00183. This is a modern firearm and requires a FFL transfer or NICS background check.
