For your consideration is this Montana branding iron collection, circa 19th century. There are three branding irons in this collection with letters 'V' and 'U' and a half arch. The collection shows wonderful oxidation and patina adorning the shaft of the irons. The condition of these branding irons is good, with wear and oxidation consistent with age and usage. The measurements of these branding irons range from 27 1/2" x 4 3/4" x 2" to 36" x 4 1/4" x 3 3/4".
