For your consideration are a 1906 first edition copy of “White Fang” and a 1913 copy of “Burning Daylight” by Jack London. The first book shows a white cloth cover with a glued cover illustrated with two wolves bounding in the forest at night; the title is in white and reads "White Fang, Jack London." The second book shows a blue cloth cover with gilt lettering and red gilt decoration. “Burning Daylight”, which was one of the best-selling books of that year, was London's best-selling book during his lifetime. The novel takes place in the Yukon Territory in 1893. The condition of these books are fair, with wear consistent with the books’ age; there are rub marks to the spine and corners of the cover and the original dust cover of “White Fang” is reduced to the front page only and tucked inside the front cover. The measurements of this book are 7 1/2" x 5" and 7 1/2" x 5 1/4".
