From his start as an army scout during the westward expansion to the Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show, this book is an exciting read as Buffalo Bill's own words grace its pages. A wonderful story of his long, eventful, heroic career and is supplemented with a chapter by a loving, life-long fdriend covering his last days, death, and burial. The whole work comprising an authentic history of many events inseparably interwoven with the exploration, settlement, and development or our Great Western Plains.
