Featured in this lot we have a 25th Anniversary Robert Wyland framed print titled "Dawn of Time". Robert Wyland (1956-) is an American conservationist and artist known for his depictions of ocean wildlife. Wyland is best known for his life size outdoor murals of whales and other marine animals dubbed "whaling walls" with he has made over 100 in his career. The print displays a family of three blue whales with a solo whale breaching the water in the background. The picture is split showing a underwater scene with three blue whales swimming above the ocean floor with schools of fish and sting rays below them. The top of the piece shows a tropical mountain landscape with the sun poking through a cloudy sky. The print is signed in the bottom right hand side reading "Wyland 2003" and numbered 18/250 indicating its a limited edition print. The brass plate across the bottom is marked "25th Anniversary Wyland Galleries". The art is set into a black frame with a navy blue boarder around the piece. It shows good condition overall with little to no wear. The frame measures 27" wide by 35 1/2" tall with the art measuring 17" wide by 25 1/4" tall.
