The lot features an important and rare set of Diamond Earrings both being GIA Certified as Flawless clarity and color of D in a size of 6.4 carats. Diamonds are graded on a clarity, color and cut scale (the three C’s) with this set being the highest grade on each; Flawless being of perfect clarity, Color of D being completely colorless, and cut being Excellent. Both stones come with GIA (Gemology Institute of America GIA Report 6192740045 and GIA Report 1192550371). The first stone, report 6192740045, states the stone as being 3.24 carats in size with measurements of 9.46 – 9.52 x 5.85 mm in a round brilliant excellent cut grade with Flawless clarity grade and D color grade being of excellent polish and symmetry. The second stone, report 1192550371, states the stone as being 3.16 carats in size with measurements of 9.36 – 9.40 x 5.80 mm in a round brilliant excellent cut grade with Flawless clarity grade and D color grade being of excellent polish and symmetry. In total the set shows 6.40 carats of natural Diamonds set in PT950 platinum showing a four-prong screw post back. These are considered investment grade stones and are likely the finest set of Diamond earrings being offered on the public auction market today.
