Featured in this lot is this Affinis Snyders triangular point from the Woodland Period and aged from 2,200 - 1,800 B.P. The point features a thick medium triangular corner notch point with an elliptical cross section. The blade is excurvate in design with a short and wide blade and shows sharp corner notches with a flared base. The material the point is knapped from is a cream white chert material. The condition of this point is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this point are 2 3/8" x 2 1/8" x 3/8".
