Featured in this lot is this agatized Jurassic Era dinosaur bone fragments circa 200 - 145 million years old. The collection of fragments feature a wonderfully preserved example with reddish color to some of the samples and a whitish grey to others. The quality of varies in this collection with the best example being a high quality slab with reddish color it is almost gem quality. The other notable examples other than the main body of fragmented samples include medium quality smaller fragments that seem to be naturally polished and smooth with the main body of the samples being rough and textured. The condition of this collection of agatized dinosaur fossil's is well preserved with all three grades present from fragmented specimens, medium-grade specimens, and high-quality gem-grade specimens. The measurements of these samples vary and range from 1 7/8" x 1 1/4" x 3/4" to 5 5/8" x 3 3/8" x 2". The approximate weight of this collection is 15lbs.
