This is an Alaskan Inuit carved wooly mammoth ivory tusk. The piece is carved from the outer layer of tusk and shows numerous figures including an Eskimo, bighorn ram, buffalo, salmon and eagle. Each figure has been hand carved and shows incredibly fine detail. The mammoth tusk carving is in very good condition. It measures 2.5" x 6.25".
