The rifle features a 34" long octagonal barrel, maple stock, percussion cap action and trigger system, and brass trigger guard and butt plate. The lock plate is marked "Allen Armstrong Philadelphia" With etched vine and floral designs across the lock plate and hammer. The top of the barrel displays "Lechler Phile" with a fixed rear sight and a blade front sight. The rifle shows good condition overall with some wear and a warm patina. This firearm qualifies as an Antique, and does not require FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
