Featured in this lot we have a Native American Indian hand painted Buffalo Jaw Bone dream catcher. The dream catcher is constructed from two American Buffalo jaw bones with a sinew lattice between the jaws. The face of the dream catcher displays hand painted black, white, light blue, and red geometric designs with a yellow and red background. The bottom of the piece displays the hand painted images of a two horses with tree silhouettes in the background. The dream catcher is decorated across the bottom with six leather tassels with trade beads and feathers. The center of the piece displays a horse hair tassel with a bell and trade beads and an obsidian arrowhead. The piece shows good condition overall with little to no wear. The dream catcher measures 17 1/2" long by 15 1/4" wide.
