Offered in this lot is a very fine ancient Chinese trade bead necklace and collection of loose beads. The necklace starts as a single strand and then splits into two strands. The necklace starts with white and red/white heart beads averaging 1/8". There are two yellow disks on each side just before the necklace splits to two strands. The inner strand has seven graduated black "eye" beads leading to a sky blue bead in the center. These beads vary in size from 3/8" to 1/2". Small white beads space the larger beads. The outer strand also has seven graduating black "eye" beads meeting at a dark blue oval bead with trailing and copper metallic glass on it. The outer beads measure from 3/8" to 1/2" and the center bead measures 1" X 1/2". The "eye" beads in the outer strand are spaced with red/white heart beads. The additional beads consist of nine dark blue, two light green/ white hearts, one pink/white heart, and two light blue/white hearts. All of these beads are round and approximately 3/8", except for one light blue bead that is oblong and 5/8". Included in this lot are six brass "coins". These "coins" are round with a square hole in the center; they measure 3/4" across. These beads and necklaces are in good condition, with some very minor damage to be expected from age.
