For auction in this lot is an ancient wooly mammoth scrimshaw tusk. The piece is based on a gorgeous wooden base, and is signed "M. Scott" on the back. The tusk depicts a wooly mammoth standing majestically in front of an erupting volcano. The tusk shows fantastic craftsmanship in carving, and shows very good condition.
