Featured in this lot is an antique leather Razor Strop, c. 1920's-30's, manufactured by Guarantee Supply Co. in Philadelphia PA. This strop is constructed with leather belts, a wooden frame, and metal tacks on the ends to hold the strop together. The process of stropping in a barber shop or otherwise was to sharpen straight razor blades to keep them healthy.
