The clock case, made in Italy, features faux rosewood with a blonde inlay design and mounted brass ornamentation; it is surmounted by a brass putti playing a trumpet. The 8" brass repousse clock face has 12 painted enamel Roman numerals with a painted enamel "Tiffany"badge below the VI. A second brass putti adorns the glass door on the front. The side panels of the case are glass, showcasing the brass movement. A panel on the back accesses the mechanical movement which is marked, "FHS/ Germany" for Franz Hermle & Sons. The clock is complete and in excellent condition with beautiful quarter-hour chimes. The clock measures 30.5" tall x 14.5" wide x 6.5" deep.
