The rifle features a heavy bull 24 inch full octagon barrel, fixed front sight, ornate trigger guard, dark patina’d blue finish and a checkered walnut stock. The rifle originates from between the early 1880’s to early 1900’s. The piece shows no visible markings. The rifle shows fair condition overall for its age with some dents and slight pitting in areas, there are two sizeable cracks in the walnut stock and the hammer works intermittently.
