Featured in this lot we have a Belgian marked percussion cap side by side double barrel shotgun chambered in 16 gauge. The shotgun displays a 31" long solid rib round side by side barrels, carved hardwood stock, double trigger design, percussion cap hammers, hardwood under barrel ram rod, and brass butt plate. The hardwood stock displays a check rest and carved deer head on the underside. The trigger guard, hammers, and lock plates are all etched with geometric and floral designs. This shotgun shows good condition overall for its age with the stock retaining good condition and mechanically fine. The piece weighs 6lbs 14oz. No Serial Number. This firearm qualifies as an Antique, and does not require FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
