Included in this lot is a Bennett 1930's Texaco Motor Oil Co. lubester. This restored piece shows a green paint job and new Texaco Motor Oil Co. stickers. This hand operated pump was manufactured by Bennett and is a Model 306. The Bennett Service Station Equipment Co. was established in 1919 by Thomas Bennett saying, "All we have here is an ambition to succeed". Their first products manufactured were hand-crank barrel pumps. The company operated out of Chicago, Illinois. This pump is in operating condition and even has some oil in the tank. This lubester measures 23" wide by 10" thick and 49 1/2" tall.
