Featured in this lot is this Blackfeet Indian floral beaded drop pouch circa 1900. The drop pouch features a wonderfully and professionally crafted leather, and trade fabric, and trade seed bead construction. The drop pouch shows a half pouch and a eyelet at the top in a semi-triangular shape that is beaded with floral arrangement and shows coloration of translucent blue, medium blue, sky blue, translucent yellow, salmon, and chalk white. The condition of this small drop pouch is preserved but showing wear consistent with its age with the seam showing fraying and some of the beadwork missing but otherwise is preserved. The measurements of this drop pouch is 4 7/8" x 2 3/4". The collective weight of this drop pouch is U6oz.
