Featured in this lot is this Blackfoot Indian pipe from Brown's Montana Trading Post, circa 1990's The pipe features a 90 degree catlinite pipe bowl and a leather string stopper with a soft wooden pipe stem. It is decorated with a pipe cuff of Indian tanned hide with trade seed beads in colors of translucent blue and translucent Cheyenne pink. This pipe is from Browning, Montana (originally Browning Indian Agency), a town in Glacier County, Montana and the headquarters for the Blackfeet Indian Reservation. The condition of this pipe and wooden stem is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this pipe are 2 1/8" x 1 1/2" x 23 3/8".
