For your consideration is this Bowen Lithograph plate 47, called American Badger from the Viviparous Quadrupeds of North America, a part of the Imperial Folio by John James Audubon. This lithograph was published in Philadelphia between 1839 and 1844 by J.T. Bowen. It was originally issued in 30 parts, 5 plates per part. The measurements of this famed lithograph are 12" x 13 3/4" and the visible art measures 6" x 8".
