Included in this lot is a hand braided horse hair cowboy rope originating from the mid 1900's. The rope features a black, brown, and off-white coloration in a braid. The piece is made of woven horse hair, with a leather tassel on one end and tied in a knot in the other. The piece shows good condition overall, with some wear indicative of age. It is braided from tail hair. The rope measures 22' 10” long by 1/2" thick.
