Featured in this lot is this pair of Buermann "OK" pattern spurs, circa 19th century, with contemporary harness leather spur straps. The spurs show a wonderful design consistent with Buermann design, which is best known for the O.K. style spur, an affordable and durable design that was popular in the late 1800s. The condition of this pair of spurs is good overall for their age, with heavy oxidation due to exposure; they are in good overall working condition. The measurements of these spurs and straps are 4" x 8 1/2" x 3 3/4".
