Featured in this lot is this Buermann "Peanut" pattern silver mounted spurs, circa 1890's. The spurs are believed to be original, authentic circa 19th to early 20th century, August Buermann Peanut Pattern California spurs in wonderful condition. The spurs show a polished bronze construction with beautiful silver peanut spots. The drop shank shows hand engraved chased accents, as well, with the ten point rowels. The condition of these spurs is good, with no obvious signs of damage; the straps lug show patina due to leather strap exposure. The measurements of this pair of spurs are 6 1/2" x 4" x 1 1/2".
