Featured in this lot is this Buermann peanut pattern, silver mounted spurs, circa 1890 - 1910. The spurs are believed to be original, authentic circa 19th to early 20th century August Buermann Peanut Pattern California spurs in the finest condition known to exist. The spurs show a silver button shown in the center of the heel bands with floral engraving on both sides of the silver buttons. The condition of this pair of spurs is good; one of the rowel tines is broken off and the spurs show oxidation consistent with age. The measurements of this pair of spurs are 6 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 1 3/4".
