Featured in this lot are Vintage Victorian Era Oak Stick and Ball Fretwork Panels, circa 1880. Shows a wonderful Stick and Ball design which was commonly used in the latter Victorian era when the Arts and Crafts movement emerged. Whereas the Victorian Era displayed decorative and ornate motifs. The Arts and Crafts movement focused on simplicity of skilled handcrafted quality designs while also being influenced by classical designs such as Greek, Moor and Chinese. Both panels feature a central half circle design with a vine and leaf motif border. Panels can be used as doorway transoms or mounted vertically as accent dividers, beautiful, classic, and unique pieces for any home. The stick and ball fretwork panels are in nice condition, paint scuffing noted. Smaller panel measures 15"W x 59.5"L, longer is 15"W x 77.75"L.*
