Featured in this lot is this collection of military service patches and fraternal order ribbons circa 1897. There are three service patches and five fraternal ribbons and one pin in this collection. The service patches are for Petty Officer First Class and comes complete with a with a Military Service Member patch; one of the naval service patches comes complete with The WWI Victory Ribbon attached. The first ribbon is a 1892 Columbus Day ribbon. The second ribbon is a 1893 for the Fifth Nat'l Convention P.OD. of A. in Reading, PA. The third ribbon is a Representative ribbon for the Patriotic Order Sons of America. The fourth ribbon is a Modern Woodmen of America and features a number of badges attached to the multi layer ribbon. The last ribbon is a 1897 Golden Jubilee ribbon with red, white, and blue coloration that shows a button of the crossing of the Delaware River by George Washington. The pin is a naval pin that features a Bald Eagle and is constructed from brass. The condition of this collection of ribbons is good with a well kept and preserved quality and shows good overall condition. The measurements of these ribbons range from 6 3/4" x 2 5/8" to 8 1/4" x 3".
