Featured in this lot is this boxed Norwegian pattern rotary foghorn circa 1910. This foghorn uses a rotary handle brass crank that creates a foghorn sound that is loud and recognizable, and shows a leather handle and shows a copper trumpet and shows a directions label on the top of the foghorn. The side of the foghorn reads as follows: Norwegian Pattern - Made in England - Rotary Foghorn. The condition of this foghorn is good with some wear to the varnish but otherwise is in good overall condition. The measurements of this foghorn are 14 3/4" x 23 1/8" x 11". The fog horn fuctions when the handle is turned making a loud fog horn noise.
