Offered in this lot is a handmade buckskin long coat from the 1940's era or earlier. Every part of this coat appears to have been hand stitched, except the zipper which was placed with machine stitching perhaps at a latter date. The coat has a Crown zipper 19' long for the front opening. The sleeves are 21" long including a 2" cuff with a snap. The jack on the front, from collar to bottom is 32". From the back top of the collar to the bottom is 37". The jacket measures 19 1/2" across the back of the shoulders, and 19" from armpit to armpit across the front with the zipper closed. The construction of the coat is good but there are water marks and staining to the leather.
