Featured in this lot is this Sioux Oceti Sakowin beaded club circa 1890-1900's. The club features a wonderfully and professionally crafted wooden, hide, beaded, and bifurcated stone construction that shows a fully wrapped haft that shows the seam decorated with red, white, and blue trade seed beads with tassels and waps the body of the bifurcated stone club head. The condition of this Sioux club is well preserved with some discoloration to the hide wrapping of the club and the tips of the bifurcated head tips but otherwise shows a well preserved condition. The measurements of this club is 13 1/4" x 3 3/4" x 1 1/2". The collective weight of this club is 4oz.
