Feature din this lot is this Bufflehead decoy pair by Patrick Vincenti circa 1980's. The decoys in this collection feature a wonderfully and professionally crafted wooden construction that shows life like painted design with lead weights on the bottom of the decoys. Patrick Vincenti is a carver out of Havre de Grace, Maryland. Vincenti's decoys are hand crafted in the Chesapeake Bay style. He became a full time decoy maker in 1986. His work has been displayed at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C. and their decoys have been purchased and sold at many Ducks Unlimited functions across the United States. This pair of Bufflehead decoys is a wonderful display of the craftsmanship by Vincenti. The condition of this pair of decoys is well preserved with only minor wear to the paint job on both but otherwise shows a well preserved overall condition. The measurements of this pair of decoys is 7 1/2" x 14 1/2" x 5 1/2" and 7" x 14 1/2" x 5 1/2". The collective weight of this 5lb 4oz.
