For your consideration is this Calf Creek thebes cluster point aged from 5,400 - 4,500 B.P. and from the Middle Archaic period. This is a large, triangular, basal notch point with a thin, flattened cross section; the blade is excurvate and slightly serrated. The shoulders show long drooping barbs that extend to the base of the point and are square with the left side, showing irregular size. The material the point is constructed from is a light to dark brown flint material. The condition of this point is good, with the left shoulder showing an irregularity. The measurements of this point are 3" x 2" x 1/4".
