Featured in this lot we have a carved wooden horse head ashtray or catch all. The piece is made of a dark stained wood, and carved in the image of a horse looking down on the tray. The tray is made of two pieces of wood and shows a hand carved bowl in the middle with three grooves on the side to place cigarettes in. It is bordered on the sides with angled grooves meeting at the crease where the wood meets. The horse shows good craftsman ship with good detail. The piece is in good condition with minor wear.
