Featured in this lot is this collection of Cherokee and Apache hide and cloth dolls circa 1995 and 1940. There are two dolls in this collection. The first is a Cherokee doll with a painted wooden core that shows a hides and felt garment overtop of the body holding a feather wand in her hand and on in her braided hair with trade seed bead adornments that include translucent red, sky blue, and yellow and is marked as follows: F. Little Boy '95. The second is a Apache cloth doll with trade fabric for the dress and braided hair with ribbon adornments with trade seed beads of light green, blue coloration. The condition of this this Cherokee doll is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of these dolls is 13 1/2" x 5 3/4" x 3" and 9 1/4" x 5 3/4" x 1". The collective weight of these dolls is 10oz.
