Included in this lot we have a Chinese brass and jade ornate covered box. The box shows wonderfully carved sides with the image of a dragon in clouds on the two sides and what looks a flower and clouds flanked by mountains on each of the ends. The top shows ornate carvings with two pieces of carved circular jade set into the top. The jade pieces are carved in the shape of six interconnected flowers with turquoise set around each piece of jade. The piece is in good condition overall with some wear and some of the turquoise pieces are missing. The box measures 6 1/4" long by 4 1/4" wide by 2 3/4" tall.
