Included in this lot is a Chippewa leather, hair, beaded, bird skull talking stick. This piece displays a long wooden stick with dyed leather tassels and red beads on the tassels. Above the leather, red white heart glass trade seed beads are featured. Above the beads is a collection of hair, possibly buffalo hair, and a feather. The top of the stick is a bird skull featuring a painted beak. The stick is in good condition, showing no signs of damage. The stick measures 17 1/4" long.
