For your consideration in this lot are four Winchester Rifle advertising callender prints The prints measure 17" X 11". All of the prints are from December The first print is December 1894. The top artwork is by Fredrick Remington and is called "Ranchmen Protecting Stock from Wolves" and shows three "cowboys" getting ready to shoot three wolves who are about to attack a beef. The bottom artwork is not marked. It show two men in a birch bark canoe looking at a bull moose on the bank, and is called "A Surprise Party". This print has a light crease in the top. The next print is 1895. The top art is called "Success" and shows two me after a successful bear huny. The bottom art is called " An Unexpected Chance" and shows two men on their beach camp taking aim on a deer who came down to the water, both artworks are by A.B. Frost. The next print is 1896 and shows two men closing in on a wounded bull moose to give him " The Finishing Shot". This prnt has a small piece of artwork on the side called "Ready" and show a gentleman taking aim and his Brittney dog waiting behind him. The bottom art is "Aim Low" and shows two hunters taking aim at a Mountain Goat on a rocky mountainside. A.B. Frost is signed on the top and bottom art. The last print is from 1898 and shows the art "The 30 Did It" as two me inspect a Caribou, that they dropped with one shot. The bottom art is a man in his duck blind shooting at ducks as they fly over and his dog retrieves them from the water. Both these pieces of art are signed by A.B. Frost. all these prints are in good condition with slight damage, please see images for accurate condition. All proceeds from these items will go to the Montana Counsel of the Boy Scouts of America.
