Featured in this lot we have an Italian made etched Colt model 1851 Percussion Navy revolver. The revolver displays a six shot cylinder, 7 1/2" long octagonal barrel, wood grips, brass frame and trigger guard, case hardened under barrel ram rod, and blue'd cylinder and barrel. The exterior of the frame, cylinder, and barrel shows intricate vine and floral etchings. The cylinder, frame, and barrel are marked with import stamps across the right side. The pistol shows fair condition with working hammer and no cylinder rotation. The piece shows some light wear across the exterior. Serial Number: 44766.
