This commemorative Colt features a beautiful factory blue and gold finish with case colored frame, wonderful dark wood grips and beautiful gold Colt prancing pony medallions. The left side of barrel marked "1864 - Montana Territory Centennial - 1964;" while the right side of barrel is marked "1889 - Diamond Jubilee Statehood -1964". The hammer, trigger guard, and back strap all show a stunning gold finish. The barrel, front sight, and cylinder also show a near mint factory blue finish. Lastly, the case colored frame showcases a wonderful play of color. The top of the barrel is marked with "Colt's PT. FA. MFG. Co. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A.". The revolver is housed in its original wooden display case with red velvet and felt interior. The front of the box is marked with the outline of Montana and Colt in the bottom right.
