Featured in this lot we have Colt Police Positive double action revolver chambered in .32-20 caliber. This revolver was manufactured by Colt in 1914. The revolver displays a 4" long round barrel, six shot cylinder, pearl grips, fixed front blade sight, and double action construction. The barrel is marked across the left side reading "POLICE POSITIVE SPECIAL 32-20 WCF" with the top of the barrel reading "COLT'S P.T.F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A. PAT'D AUG. 5. 1884. JUNE. 5. 1900 JULY 4. 1905". The revolver displays wonderful pearl grips with a medallion set into the top showing the embossed Colt logo. The pistol is also marked on the left side of the frame with the stamped colt logo. Mechanically the revolver shows fair condition with proper cylinder rotation and slight sticking on the trigger. The piece shows good overall condition for its age with use wear and a warm patina. The pistol weighs 1lb 8oz. Serial Number: 105468. This firearm qualifies as a Curio & Relic firearm, and requires FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
