Included in this lot is a Jager Dakota New Model revolver chambered in .45 Long Colt. EMF was a well known importer of European colt replica guns. This single shot Dakota New Model revolver features a 4.5" blue'd barrel with fixed front sight. The exposed checkered hammer, cylinder, and trigger assembly are also blue'd. The top of the barrel is marked "Dakota New Model Hartford. CT." While the left side is marked "(Bisley Model) 45 Long Colt." The receiver is case hardened and shows three hallmarks on the left side. The grips are constructed from straight grain Italian walnut. The firearm is in like new condition and operates as intended. Serial Number: 290.
