Featured in this lot is a Corps of Discovery Commemoration, Great Northern Railway, and New Mexico National High School Finals Rodeo Buckle collection. There is a total of nine buckles in this collection. The first buckle is a Farmington, New Mexico National High School Finals Rodeo buckle from 2002-2003 and shows a inlay round turquoise cabochon set into the buckle with western theme decoration and is marked on the back as follows: Gist - Solid Bronze - Made in U.S.A. The next buckle is a 1804 Corps of Discovery 1806 buckle depicting Lewis meeting with Blackfeet and comes with a certificate of authenticity. The next buckle is a 1804 Corps of Discovery 1806 commemorative buckle that is titled At Camp Disappointment and comes with a certificate of authenticity. The next buckle is 1804 Corps of Discovery 1806 commemorative buckle titled Our Dog "Scannon" circa 1985. The next buckle is a 1804 Corps of Discovery 1806 buckle called "First Sight of the Great Falls of the Missouri" circa 1983. The next buckle is a 1804 Corps of Discovery 1806 brass commemorative buckle titled Near Cut Bank - Montana and comes complete with a certificate of authenticity. The next buckle is a 1804 Corps of Discovery 1806 brass commemorative buckle titled "Explorers of the Marias" and comes complete with a certificate of authenticity. The next buckle is a 1804 Corps of Discovery 1806 buckle titled " Portage at the Great Falls of the Missouri" circa 1984. The last buckle is a Great Northern Railway buckle with the mountain goat on the front with their traditional logo. The condition of this collection of brass buckles is well preserved with a slight patina adorning the buckles consistent with age and use but otherwise shows a well preserved overall condition. The measurements of these buckles range from 2" x 2 3/4" to 4 1/2" x 3 1/2". The collective weight of the buckles is 3lb 4oz.*
