Featured in this lot is this Crow Indian Parfleche beaded moccasin display, circa 1890. The moccasin shows an Indian tanned and Parfleche hide and features glass trade seed bead construction with accents of beads and a large medallion in the center. The colors shown are chalk white, light green, sky blue, dark blue, and light purple; the faceted trade beads are of translucent green and red. The display case features an oak frame with glass and a multi-color border of blue and red. The condition of this display is good; the moccasin shows well preserved condition and, overall, the piece is in good display condition for the moccasin's age. The measurements of this moccasin display are 16" x 10" x 3".
