Featured in this lot is a pair of Daisy Model B and Daisy Model 1938B lever action BB gun's circa 1903 and 1968. There are two BB guns in this collection with the first being the older as a Daisy Model B with patent dates from 1901 to 1904 and is a lever action BB gun with a nickel finish and wooden furniture; marked on the top of the BB gun is as follows: 500 shots - Daisy Model B - Daisy MFG, Co. Plymouth, Mich. U.S.A. - Pat. Oct. 1, 1901 - July 19, 1904 - Others pending. The second is a much newer Daisy BB gun as a Daisy Model 1938B and is a lever action BB gun with metal receiver and barrel with wooden furniture; carved into the butt stock is as follows: Red Ryder - Daisy MFG Co. - 1938-1988 - Red Ryder and the rifle is marked on the top of the receiver as follows: Daisy 1938B - BB Cal (4.5mm) - Rogers, AR, U.S.A. - Steel Air Gun Shot. This pair of Daisy BB guns are well preserved with some patina to the older BB gun's barrel and shows some very slight wear to the wooden furniture on both BB guns. The measurements of this pair of BB guns are 35 5/8" x 5 1/2" x 1 3/8" and 32 3/8" x 4 3/4" x 1". The collective weight is 4lb 14oz.*
