For your consideration is this Dalton Classic fluted point aged from 10,500 - 8,500 B.P. and shown from Transitional Paleo period. This is a medium point with auriculate tip with a elliptical cross section the blade shows an outward recurvate shape and auriculate ears. This blade is also slightly serrated and there is grinding seen on the hafting area; the material this point is knapped from is a grey chert material. The condition of this point is good with no obvious signs of damage with lightly ground flutes and hafting areas and in good museum quality condition .
