Featured in this lot is this Dalton Classic point aged from the Transitional Paleo period and from 10,500 - 8,500 B.P. This is a medium auriculate point with an elliptical cross section and a outward recurvate shape, the blade is serrated with flared shoulders and is knapped from a black flint material. The condition of this point is good with no obvious signs of damage and in good overall condition. The measurements of this point are 3 3/8" x 1" x 1/4". This point was taken in Missouri.
